Hotel Policy
Guaranty Policy
A one night deposit with a credit card is needed to guarantee reservation. Reservation will be held until 19:00 hrs. The single room is for two persons on a double bed. The Double room is for two persons on two double beds, with a $100 Mexican Pesos extra person fee.
Credit Cards Accepted:
Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
Cancelation Policy:
Cancel at least 15 days prior to arrival to avoid charges.
No Show Policy:
No shows will have a one night charge.
Extra person Policy:
The Double room is for two persons on two double beds, with a $100 Mexican Pesos extra person fee.
Kids Policy:
Up to 2 children under 8 years old, free of charge sharing room with adults.
Pets Policy:
Pets Are Not Accepted
Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
